Tucked among tall pines and magnolias on FM 1960 in Northwest Harris County, Westador is a unique, family-friendly community with 699 homes built on wooded cul-de-sacs in a variety of complementary French, Spanish, Colonial and Old English styles.

This neighborhood boasts two parks - each with a clubhouse, swimming pool and playground.  Tennis courts, an outdoor basketball court and sidewalks provide endless athletic opportunities.  Proximity to four major medical facilities, including Northwest Hospital, the Woodlands Mall, I45 and Bush Intercontinental Airport make this subdivision one of the most desirable in the Houston Metropolitan area. 

Every street is a wooded cul-de-sac.  Bammel Elementary is located between the two subdivision sections.  The school bus makes stops on every street in the neighborhood.  A standard home feature is oversized garages, which are about six feet wider than average.  I45 is less than 2 miles from Westador and there is easy access to FM 1960 area shopping and restaurants.
